Zenzy is a full-service rental management solution for short-term rentals. Our technology-based platform manages all aspects of short-term rental, from promoting your properties on multiple channels, to maximizing your revenues and bookings by setting rates, to handling all guest communications, to coordinating with cleaners. Our customer is a busy owner who is currently either managing rentals on their own or uses a traditional property manager, and are looking for a profitable alternative. 

Airbnb is one of our partners or channels where we promote and market your properties. We do not compete with Airbnb, rather partner with them. 

Just like the Airlines do, our Intelligent Pricing engine sets prices by making real-time adjustments depending on the supply/demand for properties like yours in your property's location, local special events, and seasonlity. 

No, we require only a 30-day notice. We are confident in our ability to bring value to your business, so we do not require any long-term commitment.

By the 10th of every month for all the completed stays from the prior month. For example, if a guest checks out on Nov 29, Owners will receive payments for all the completed stays in November (less management fees and itemized expenses) by Dec 10. If a guest checks in on Nov 29 and checks out Dec 1, earnings for that stay are not included in the Dec payout but in the subsequent payout (Jan).

Zenzy handles all guest communications. 

No, you are free to use your vacation rental home as long as you want. You can block our your stay days on your property's calendar in your online account. However, we ask you honor guest bookings that have already been made.
